you used the flash?

in any case if the person's face already looks washed out(bright spot, no detail) there is nothing much you can do about it.

I use to have terrible eczema

But after TCM, I recovered.

if use flash, try to take pics at least 2 metres away and zoom in... cos you stand too near, your direct flash gets into their faces and create a harsh effect.. plus if their faces are the oily/head shiny type.....jialat liao..

and if there is a pale face besides a dark face... your camera will try to compensate the darker one.. signalling your flash a more powerful light, therefore, white washing the pale face one..

this is why you need a dslr with external flash that you can position to bounce off the ceiling or side walls instead of firing it straight at the person.

or just use a canon dslr and shoot at iso1600 without flash

good morning..

i went to a TCM with Tare the other night...

i should have taken 3 pills per time 3 times per day. i read wrong, i took 1 pill per time 2 times a day ..

I only notice my mistake this morning... was wondering how come my packet of pills still left so much ...as it meant for 4 days only ..><"

my skin seems a bit better... and i found myself "lighter",, i think i lost 1kg...hahahaaa

forgot to mention, the pills are supposed to cure my eczema..

tat nite the sinseh more free, did the cupping and electrical treatment on acupunture for me.... neck and shoulder getting better (slowly)... hopefully 1-2 months regular treatment will 'cure' it...

i tried physio - it helped but now and again, i lose all feelings on my feet.

yishun, zhong hua medicial center... registration for acupuncture is $4, medication seperate charge (if any). there's a box for donations
